Individual counseling
All individual counseling is provided via Telehealth through a HIPAA compliant platform. I do not use AI software to take notes - our sessions are truly between us without third party observation.
I accept most major health insurances - including Washington State Medicaid via CHPW. I also offer a cash pay rate for those without health insurance. Cash pay rates are $150 for intake assessments and $120 for individual sessions.
EMDR
consultation
For therapists who have completed their basic EMDR training and wish to obtain EMDR certification I provide EMDR consultation. I believe consultation should be a collaborative and supportive process to help you more deeply understand the 8 phase standard protocol. EMDR consultation is $100 per session. If you have colleagues that would like to form a 4 person group consultation is $25 per person.
